Returns and exchanges

Short version (TL;DR)

  • 30-day returns & exchanges policy
  • Changed your mind? Wrong size? No problem!
  • Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Sale items cannot be refunded (We are usually never on sale :O )
  • Seasonal items such as Christmas Scrubs cannot be refunded due to seasonality

Full version

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Changed your mind, or bought the wrong size? No worries! Just contact us and we’ll get it sorted.

We recommend purchasing the style/size you want to exchange your item for, ahead of time, as we could sell out at any time. If you do, please let us know that you have already made a new order. We will simply refund and process your return once we receive the item.

Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Seasonal products such as Christmas Tops

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We wil also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Faulty items

Before shipping out your order, we ensure your order is in perfect condition. Quality and satisfaction mean a lot to us. If you receive your order and find there is a fault in any way, please do contact us with photos and we will see how we can solve this for you as quickly and as conveniently as possible.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable amount of time from the order date.

If your item(s) is/are faulty, then it is our responsibility to make that right. You can choose between a replacement (if we have stock), a Gift Card, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you willl receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
