Currently, we only ship within and from Australia. We’ll ship your order ASAP which is usually within 1-2 business days from purchase date.
Our Standard Shipping Rate is $9.95 and your parcel should be delivered within 2-7 business days.
Our Express Shipping Rate is $12.95 and your parcel should be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Local pickup is available in Ascot Vale, Melbourne, VIC 3032 (1-2 days). If you select local pickup as a shipping option at checkout, we will contact you (via email) and notify you when and where exactly you can pick up your parcel.
Each parcel we sent has a tracking number. You receive your tracking number via email after placing an order.
If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee may apply for the redelivery of your order. Please make sure you fill in the correct delivery address at checkout.
